Qualifications

• Entry-level role with paid training and required certifications.
• Hands-on field work installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential services.
• Ability to work in customers’ homes and diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety standards.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.
• Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust for reliability.
• Educate customers on products, services and device usage.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts digitally.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ladders, meters, and light power tools safely.
• Work at heights up to 26 ft. and handle equipment weighing 70+ lbs.
• Drive company vehicle and maintain valid driver’s license.
• Complete required training, background checks, and licensing.
