Comcast is seeking a broadband installation and troubleshooting technician. You will install services, troubleshoot connectivity, and ensure a positive customer experience in customers' homes and neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety practices and codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from the network connection to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
• Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust to deliver reliability.
• Educate customers on products and equipment use and set expectations.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts digitally.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment; report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ladders, hand tools, meters, and light power tools safely.
• Work at heights up to 26 ft on ladders, roofs, poles, or bucket trucks as needed.
• Lift and carry equipment weighing 70 pounds or more; work in crawl spaces or attics.
• Drive company vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Complete required training, certifications, background checks, and licensing on schedule.
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
• Meet or exceed performance and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
