Qualifications

• Must be able to perform residential installations and troubleshooting in customers' homes.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes and disconnects following safety codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network to customer equipment.
• Install and support home networks using coax, Ethernet and Wi‑Fi.
• Document work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
• Maintain and inspect vehicle and tools; report safety concerns promptly.
