Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects while following safety practices and codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from the network connection to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi based on customer needs.
• Verify service quality with testing tools and adjust for reliable performance.
• Educate customers on products, services, and equipment use.
