Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Residential Instructor to support youth with neurological and/or psychological disabilities. You’ll lead groups, supervise recreational activities, and help implement behavior plans in a compassionate, structured environment.

The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $23.00–$28.00 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, PTO, and retirement options. Shift details and program expectations are provided during onboarding.

Formación

• You must be 21 years of age or older and have a minimum of a High School Diploma, or an Associates/Bachelor’s Degree with at least 12 credits in Human Services.
• Two years of experience working with children.
• Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth with neurological and/or psychological disabilities and conduct groups and recreational activities.
• You will help clients with their behavior plans and provide support to promote positive outcomes.
