Easter Seals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Residential Instructor to support youth with neurological or psychological disabilities. This role involves nighttime work, group activities, and implementing behavior plans in a team setting.

The position is full-time, overnight (4 x 10-hour shifts: 10:45pm–9am). Compensation ranges from $23.50 to $28.00 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over six months and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or higher
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Mentor youth with neurological/psychological disabilities through groups and recreational activities.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and behavior plans.
• Be a trusted, team-oriented role model and support trauma-informed care.
