Qualifications

• Background check result (CORI, SORI, DCF) and fingerprinting required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• CPR/AED/Standard First Aid/EpiPen certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and ongoing supervision, support, and instruction to students, while coordinating the day-to-day operations of the dormitory.
• Provide an engaged, structured and supportive dormitory environment designed to promote growth and independence through assessment, direct instruction, positive reinforcement and the setting of clear and consistent expectations.
• Meet the individual and collective needs of assigned students relative to their unique learning styles.
