Job summary

Easterseals NH is hiring a 2nd Shift Residential Instructor in New Hampshire. You will work with youth with neurological and/or psychological disabilities, guiding groups and recreational activities while assisting with behavior plans.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over the first six months.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree with at least 12 credits in Human Services.
  • Two years of experience working with children.
  • Parent of a child 7 years or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Work with youth with neurological and/or psychological disabilities.
  • Lead groups and recreational activities.
  • Assist with behavior plans and supervision.

We're looking for 2nd Shift Residential Instructors to join our team! Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others.

As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities. Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.

You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.

Qualifications:
  • An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
  • Two years of experience working with children
  • A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
  • Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older

Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

$23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.

Sign-On Bonuses are paid out over your first 6 months.

Hours:

2nd shift; Sunday 8am-10:30pm, Monday 130-10:30pm, Tuesday 1:30-10:30pm, Wednesday 12pm-1030pm.
