Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or above (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience in a residential program or mental health facility required.
• Active Driver’s License.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic clinical team and provide supervision.
• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Support the professional development of residential counselors.
• Support safety and well-being of students.
• Apply knowledge of policies and procedures of the YPLP's residential department.
