Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Residential Instructor to support youth with neurological and/or psychological disabilities. You’ll lead groups, supervise recreational activities, and help implement behavior plans in a compassionate, structured environment.
The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a pay range of $23.00–$28.00 per hour, with benefits including healthcare, PTO, and retirement options. Shift details and program expectations are provided during onboarding.

As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities. Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders. You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans.
Compensation: $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education. Sign-On Bonuses are paid out over your first 6 months.
Hours: 2nd shift; Wed 12-10:30pm, Thurs 130-10:30pm, Fri 1:30-10:30pm, Sat 8am-1030pm.
