Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in installation/project management.
• Construction/home improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolves questions or changes.
• Manages all jobs in the assigned area and product category, conducts site inspections and ensures quality aligns with standards.
• Resolves customer inquiries, drives timely job progression and uses reporting for accuracy.
