• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolves open questions or job changes.
• Manages all jobs from assigned area and product category including pre-existing conditions, product affirmations, and technical measures.
• Assists in management of customer inquiries across the install life cycle and drives timely resolution of services and scope changes.
