Job summary

The Home Depot in Idaho is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience through the install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, assess pre‑existing conditions, conduct job site inspections, and ensure the work aligns with THD standards.

You will coordinate with service providers, resolve customer inquiries, and escalate changes when needed to prevent delays, with the goal of delivering a complete and satisfying installation for every project.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• 25% Customer Experience - Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle; resolves questions or changes; manages open services and tickets to resolution.
• 60% Job Process Management - Manages all jobs from assigned area and product category; conducts product affirmations and technical measures; performs JSIs and badge checks; ensures scope changes are documented and closes work.
• 15% Operations - Assists in handling customer inquiries; resolves open services and jobs-on-hold; uses reports to improve install timelines and accuracy.
