Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, assess conditions, and conduct job site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to THD standards.

You will collaborate with service providers, resolve issues, and escalate changes when needed, ensuring a smooth install from start to finish and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in installation or home improvement projects.
• Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• 25% Customer Experience - Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle; resolves open questions or changes; manages open services and tickets to resolution.
• 60% Job Process Management - Manages all jobs in assigned area and product category; conducts measurements, product affirmations, and JSIs; documents scope changes and ensures timely closure of services.
• 15% Operations - Assists with customer inquiries, resolves in-progress services, drives scope-change requests, and uses reporting systems to monitor install progress.
