Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will perform technical measurements, assess pre-existing conditions, and conduct job site inspections to ensure work meets THD standards.

You will manage multiple jobs in your area, coordinate with service providers, resolve questions and changes, and help keep projects on schedule while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable

Responsibilities

• 25% Customer Experience - Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle, resolves open questions or job changes; manages scope changes, add-labor items, and material needs; escalates decisions as appropriate.
• 60% Job Process Management - Manages all jobs in assigned area and product category; assesses pre-existing conditions, performs product affirmations, and conducts technical measures; performs Job Site Inspections (JSIs) including badge checks and quality inspections; documents scope changes and ensures timely closure of open services.
• 15% Operations - Handles customer inquiries across the install life cycle, resolves services and on-hold jobs; initiates change of scope requests; uses reporting systems to ensure accurate installs.
