Job summary

DNOW is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to interface with customers and vendors, delivering technical expertise and logistical support while maintaining strong business relationships. You will coordinate with vendors and customers and manage the complete order process from creation to delivery paperwork.

Key activities include servicing drilling and production accounts, supporting the sales team administratively, generating work orders and invoices, and offering product consulting to help

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or customer service preferred.
• Drilling/production knowledge preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic SAP.

Responsibilities

• Service drilling and production accounts.
• Support sales team in administrative tasks.
• Interact with customers and vendors to complete sales orders.
• Manage entire order process from creation through delivery paperwork.
• Accurately create work orders and process invoices.
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
• Directly support business development efforts to cultivate and grow the customer base.
• Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
• Other duties, as assigned.
