Job summary

DNOW is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the frontline liaison with customers and vendors, delivering technical expertise and reliable logistical support to drive sales. You will manage the entire order process, from creating work orders to invoicing, while building strong relationships and supporting the sales team to exceed targets.

Requirements include a high school diploma, experience in sales or customer service, and knowledge of oil & gas products; familiarity with SAP and MS

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Drilling and/or production knowledge preferred.
• Experience in inside sales/customer service role is a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant oil & gas products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service drilling and/or production accounts.
• Support sales team in administrative tasks.
• Interact with customers and vendors to complete sales orders.
• Own the full order process from creation through delivery paperwork.
• Create work orders and process invoices.
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
• Support business development to grow the customer base.
• Help exceed sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
