Job summary

EDPO Brand in Jacksonville seeks an experienced Inside Sales Associate to convert inbound inquiries into customers for residential services. You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, guided by a consultative approach and strong follow-through.

You will use Salesforce to track leads, coordinate with installation teams, and maintain a positive customer experience across the sales journey. A proven track record of meeting revenue targets by phone is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in inside or inbound sales with customer contact.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets over phone.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills with trust-building ability.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations with accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via IVR, phone, and web.
• Qualify customers and recommend fitting solutions.
• Convert opportunities across move-in/move-out, provider switches, and new residential customers.
• Guide customers through the sales process and close on first-call when possible.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with local service teams to schedule installations.
• Ensure smooth handoff to operations after sale.
