Job summary

Qualifications
- EPA Certification required with at least 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, able to work independently and with others.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units.
- Respond to routine service calls and urgent repairs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure high-quality service.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
