Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking a certified HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities in the Sandy Springs area. The role emphasizes safety, timely service, and strong resident communication.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and work with on-site teams to deliver high-quality service while supporting a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required with at least 1 year of residential/multifamily HVAC experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently or with teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight areas.
• Valid driver's license; maintenance software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including AC units, heat pumps and furnaces.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and document service activities.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely manner with accurate records.
• Coordinate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and on-site staff.
