Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a certified HVAC Technician to maintain and repair the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities.

You will respond to routine service calls and urgent repairs, working independently or with on-site teams to deliver timely, high-quality service. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and strong communication with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification required with 2+ years of residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; maintenance software is a plus.
• Willing to travel between two properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies, maintaining service records.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure code compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and support on-call duties as needed.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as required.
