Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Certified HVAC Technician to lead maintenance and repair across our residential communities. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond promptly to HVAC needs, coordinating with on-site teams to ensure comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates bring EPA certification with 2+ years in residential or multifamily HVAC, strong skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification required with at least 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong technical skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; ability to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities; maintain professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Repair and service residential or multifamily HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related needs and emergencies.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and colleagues.
• Work safely in attics, rooftops and tight spaces; lift up to 50 lbs.
