Job summary
Arcan Capital in Decatur, Georgia is seeking an HVAC Technician who will play a key role in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure resident comfort. Responsibilities include inspecting HVAC systems, responding to urgent repairs, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units and furnaces.
- Respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with property teams and ensure compliance with HVAC codes.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist with general maintenance.
