Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Certified HVAC Technician to lead maintenance and repairs across our residential communities. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to service calls, aiming for safe, comfortable living environments.

Join a dynamic real estate team where strong diagnostic skills, customer service, and clear communication are valued. On-site work, with on-call weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification required with at least 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities; professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; experience with maintenance software is a plus.
• Flexibility for on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays.
