Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities in the Southeast United States.

The ideal candidate holds HVAC/EPA certification, 2+ years of residential or multifamily experience, and a commitment to safety, quality service, and clear communication with residents and on-site teams. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification required with 2+ years of residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance/repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; maintenance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces; perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies timely; maintain service records and manage tools/inventory.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with residents and assisting with general maintenance.
