Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our apartment communities. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to service requests while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification with 2+ years in residential/multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities; maintain a professional demeanor.
• Physically capable of labor-intensive tasks; lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; maintenance software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces; perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly; maintain accurate service records and manage tools/inventory.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure compliance with HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents and assisting with general maintenance or on-call duties as needed.
