Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems across our apartment communities in the southeastern United States. You will handle routine service calls, diagnose issues, and perform preventative maintenance, working with on-site teams to deliver reliable comfort for residents.

Candidates should have HVAC/EPA certification with at least 2 years of residential or multifamily experience, a valid driver's license, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA Certification with at least 2 years of residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces.
• Respond to work orders and emergencies, maintain service records and inventory.
• Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with residents and resolving concerns.
