Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an HVAC service technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and promote services while working under supervision with a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training/certification preferred.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by local, state, or federal laws for the work area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories.

Responsibilities

• Works under general supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide status updates; ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promotes products and services to customers and reports replacement leads to Sales.
• Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are properly accounted for.
• Represents the company professionally and ethically in all business matters.
