Qualifications

• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid licensing/certifications as required by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
• Answer customer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment diagnostics.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential problems.
• Record work details and parts usage; coordinate with dispatch.
• Promote products and services to customers; maintain vehicle stock.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain safety standards.
