Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• 0–2 years HVAC experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Works under general supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and ensures parts and equipment are delivered for service work.
• Delivers excellent customer service and communicates effectively with dispatch.
