Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or scheduling experience.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce or related CRM experience is a plus and will be trained.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and follow-up on warm leads for HVAC products.
• Schedule appointments for Residential Equipment Specialists for free in-home estimates.
• Enter and update new leads and opportunities into Salesforce.
• Manage multiple calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain communication with customers and Equipment Specialists.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional service contracts.
