Apex Mechanical, LLC is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (HVAC) to support our Service Department and uphold the high level of customer care our clients expect.

This well-rounded role combines inbound and outbound calls, scheduling coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate is outgoing, enjoys phone interactions, and can balance friendly service with proactive follow-up.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a phone-heavy customer service or call center role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling or service coordination.
• Ability to handle customer payments and follow-up on accounts.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers, directing inquiries to the right team.
• Create service work orders and help schedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls to promote, renew, and schedule maintenance plans.
• Explain the value of preventative maintenance to customers.
• Process customer payments and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Complete warranty claims and assist with orders.
• Conduct customer satisfaction and quality assurance follow-up calls.
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Department.
• Participate in community outreach events.
