Job summary

Shearer Heating A/C and Refrigeration is seeking an HVAC Scheduling Coordinator in Washington, PA to manage daily technician schedules, coordinate routes, and ensure timely communication with customers. You’ll act as the hub between the service team and clients, keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour plus up to $400/month in performance bonuses, with benefits including health and vision insurance, dental, life,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Previous scheduling, dispatching, or coordination experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily technician schedules
• Schedule customer appointments and service calls
• Communicate appointment details and updates to customers
• Coordinate technician routes and assignments throughout the day
• Make scheduling adjustments when emergencies, cancellations, or unexpected situations arise
• Maintain consistent communication with field technicians
• Ensure job and customer information is accurate before technicians are dispatched
• Track scheduling needs and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Document customer interactions and appointment information within company systems
• Provide professional and helpful customer service by phone
• Work closely with the service and office teams to keep daily operations organized

Pay & Bonus Opportunity

• $28.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Opportunity to earn up to $400 per month in performance bonuses
