HelpSquad, LLC is seeking two remote Customer Service and Scheduling Virtual Assistants to support a residential heating and air conditioning company serving homeowners, home warranty customers, and contract accounts.

You will handle customer calls, texts, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups within the client’s systems, following established processes while coordinating with the office management team. A professional phone manner and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and professional phone manner.
• Experience in customer service, call handling or scheduling.

• Able to manage a high volume of calls and messages.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and verify information in systems.
• Respond to customer texts using approved templates.
