• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients to improve health, safety, and comfort at home.
• Conduct in-home consultations to offer HVAC solutions.
• Answer questions and explain equipment information.
• Recommend tailored solutions for each client.
• Communicate with sales coordinator/manager daily.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
