The role focuses on in-home consultations, educating clients about health, safety and comfort, recommending tailored HVAC options, and maintaining records of interactions and sales activities.

Applicants should have 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, strong communication and sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales experience with proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great client experience by educating clients in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to offer various solutions to their HVAC needs.
• Answer any customer questions and inform them of any information about their equipment.
• Recommend tailored solutions that meet the needs of individual clients.
• Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
• Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
• Attend office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting
