Job summary

Mauzy is seeking an HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor in Escondido, CA to educate homeowners and help identify solutions that improve health, safety, and comfort in the home. The role includes in-home consultations, answering questions about equipment, and recommending tailored HVAC options while coordinating with the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales experience and track record of meeting targets.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable using multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great client experience by educating clients on health, safety, and comfort improvements.
• Conduct in-home consultations to offer HVAC solutions.
• Answer customer questions and inform them about equipment information.
• Recommend tailored solutions meeting client needs.
• Communicate daily with the sales coordinator or sales manager.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and follow-up/prospecting.
