Mauzy is seeking an HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor in Escondido, CA to educate homeowners and help identify solutions that improve health, safety, and comfort in the home. The role includes in-home consultations, answering questions about equipment, and recommending tailored HVAC options while coordinating with the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer any customer questions and inform them of any information about their equipment.
• Recommend tailored solutions that meet the needs of individual clients.
• Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
• Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
• Attend office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting

Qualifications:

Pay Transparency:

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $50k-$150k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
