Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership in residential plumbing, HVAC, or combined mechanical contracting.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility of $20M or larger with ability to discuss levers to grow revenue and protect margin.
• Demonstrated success in builder account development; Southern California / San Diego experience preferred.
• Leadership of teams of 50+ across field and office; track record of building and retaining a bench.
• Sales orientation with proven book-of-business growth, not just task execution.
• Comfort and credibility at executive level with GM/COO and builder VP/President.

Responsibilities

• Co-own divisional P&L performance with the GM, including revenue, gross margin, labor productivity, material spend, and overhead absorption.
• Drive on-time, on-budget execution across active single-family and multi-family communities.
• Maintain safety and partner with the safety function for compliance and incident response.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize labor allocation, material availability, and change order processing.
• Represent the division to corporate leadership and participate in divisional strategy and planning.
