20/20 is seeking an Assistant General Manager (Residential Division) in San Diego, CA to partner with the General Manager in running the day-to-day operations and growing the residential division.

The role combines operator, builder, and seller responsibilities, requiring a track record of managing $20M+ P&L, leading 50+ tradespeople and office staff, and developing builder relationships to drive recurring revenue. On-site leadership and succession readiness are key.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership in residential plumbing, HVAC, or combined mechanical contracting.
• P&L responsibility of $20M+ and ability to explain levers for growth.
• Builder account development experience; San Diego preference.
• Leadership of 50+ personnel across field and office.
• Sales orientation with proven revenue growth impact.
• Credibility at executive level with GM/COO and builder leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Co-own divisional P&L performance with the GM and manage revenue, gross margin, labor productivity, material spend, and overhead.
• Drive on-time, on-budget execution across active single-family and multi-family communities, coordinating with builders and internal teams.
• Develop new builder relationships and lead project pursuits from qualification through award and handoff to operations.
• Direct supervision of field and office leadership (approx. 50–75 personnel) and develop a bench for future roles.
