Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking a Comfort Consultant to listen to homeowners, identify HVAC needs, and recommend optimal solutions for their homes. You will leverage strong sales skills, technical HVAC knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to drive results.

You will conduct on-site assessments, present clear proposals, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless handover and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven HVAC sales experience, preferably in residential sector.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting targets.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential customers in person, over the phone, and via email to assess HVAC needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct thorough on-site assessments, identify issues, and provide cost estimates.
• Present features and benefits of HVAC products, addressing questions and objections.
• Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and sales agreements for customers.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and marketing campaigns.
