Waypoint Maine, Inc. is seeking a House Manager for our Residential program in Maine. You will lead Direct Support Professionals, manage home operations, and ensure person-centered care aligned with regulations.

The role requires scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration with healthcare providers, families and the Residential Services Director. Starting pay is $21.63/hour with a full-time schedule.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree in Social Services, Business, Health Care Administration or related field (may be waived with 5+ years of experience).
• Two to five years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must obtain Agency training including DSP, CPR/FA and CRMA within timeline.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for Direct Support Professionals and ensure quality of care.
• Supervise and coordinate home staffing and operations within budget.
• Maintain person-centered plans and goal implementation.
• Balance direct care with administrative, supervisory and compliance duties.
• Complete daily billing reviews and ensure accurate documentation.
