Waypoint in Sanford, Maine, is seeking a Workforce Manager for Residential Services. This exempt, full-time role (40 hours) reports to the Director of Residential Member Services and requires after-hours/weekend on-call coverage.

The position oversees DSP scheduling, training, and QA, with responsibilities spanning staff development and program oversight within residential homes. Starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 annually.

Qualificações

• Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• BS/BA degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee scheduling for residential programs and assign DSPs based on experience and credentials.
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call coverage for staffing needs.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule and supervise Per Diem and Flex DSPs.
• Maintain master schedule reflecting current staffing patterns.
• Communicate with Directors and House Managers regarding staffing concerns and patterns.
• Assist with training and support of new managers and DSPs.
• Review Incident Reports/Reportable Events for timely reporting.
