Job summary

MaineGuide is seeking an Administrator to lead a residential program in Maine. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and daily living for people served, and coordinate health and training activities.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and compliance with applicable laws and agency policies. The Administrator will manage records, budgets, and program operations, while promoting quality of life and autonomy for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services field or four years’ experience supervising staff in relevant settings.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and work with service providers, case managers, and state agencies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to document and report effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff and people served to maintain a safe, supportive home.
• Organize and prioritize tasks, coordinate health appointments and training, and maintain timely records.
• Communicate clearly with people served, families, state agencies and providers, both written and verbal.
• Ensure health, safety, nutrition, and daily living activities align with policies and regulations.
