D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in South Carolina to engage potential home buyers, realtors and partners.

You will present our value proposition, uncover customer goals, overcome objections and drive closings. This role requires a proactive, field-based approach with strong communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or 2 years related experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using DRH Sales apps on mobile devices.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establishes DR Horton as the best solution available.
• Overcome objections and closes for the sale.
• Maintains accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Create and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.
• Attend sales meetings and develop good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
