Applicants should have an Associate’s degree or related experience, ability to travel by car, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. A valid driver’s license is required, and strong customer service skills are essential.

• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and capabilities to potential customers.
• Source new sales opportunities and build a prospect database.
• Guide customers to choose and design their dream home.
