Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for South Baldwin to manage the sales process and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves sourcing new customers, helping buyers design their dream home, and guiding transactions from inquiry to close.

Ideal candidates have at least an Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience, own a vehicle, and can use DRH Sales apps, MS Office, and email to document the sales process. CRM experience and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with DRH Sales applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Able to stand/walk 4 hours+; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establishes DR Horton as the best solution available.
• Overcome objections and closes for the sale.
• Maintains accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Create and deliver a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.
• Network and perform outreach to realtors.
• Meet sales goals and work effectively with others on the team.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
