D.R. Horton, the nation’s leading homebuilder, is hiring a Sales Representative in Texas City to guide customers through the homebuying journey. You will source leads, present options, and coordinate the sale through financing and construction while ensuring excellent service.

You will be part of a results-driven team, with responsibilities spanning prospecting, relationship-building and meeting sales targets in a dynamic homebuilding market.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
• Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Prior CRM software experience.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers.
• Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establishes DR Horton as the best solution available.
• Overcome objections and closes for the sale.
• Maintains accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Continually source new sales opportunities.
• Create and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships.
• Networks and performs outreach to realtors.
• Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work with team.
