You will continually source new customers, help buyers find and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth transaction from initial contact through loan and construction stages. Essential duties include communicating our value proposition, building relationships with customers and realtors, meeting sales goals, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate DR Horton value proposition clearly.
• Ability to uncover customer goals, overcome objections and close deals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DRH Sales applications.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and product capabilities to customers and realtors.
