Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas, amenities, and curb appeal across our multi-family community in Florida. You will perform routine upkeep, minor repairs, and assist with make-ready tasks under the direction of the Service Director and Community Director.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), basic tools proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read product labels, safety and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the property.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnovers for vacant units.
• Practice safety and report hazards or incidents promptly.
